# Additional Opportunities

### Sharing feedback

Utilizing the :writing\_hand:**feedback** channel to share ideas and feedback for improving the program is one of the best ways to stand out and improve Showdown Scholars for everyone involved. Please do not hesitate or hold back, sharing your thoughts and ideas are always encouraged!

### **Becoming a Server Moderator**

Server Moderators ensure the server is operating smoothly and free of conflict. The responsibilities of a moderator are as follows:

* Hold scholars and server members responsible for following the rules.
* Suggest ideas for improving the server regularly.
* Discuss with other moderators to figure out the right course of action when problems arise.

### **Becoming a Scholar Manager**

The responsibilities of Scholar Managers are to ensure their team of \~30 scholars has everything they need to be successful. This involves:

* Being the main point of contact for all questions and concerns for their team.
* Providing updates regarding the team’s status to FI5HY regularly.
* Documenting team swap requests.

The increased responsibilities of Scholar Managers are compensated through and increase of the Manager’s SLP share during payouts. To apply you must have been with Showdown Scholars for at least 2 weeks already.

### **Joining Arena Grinders**

Arena Grinders is how we give our top ranked scholars the teams they need to realize their true arena potential. Arena Grinders are for scholars who have been a part of the program for a while, consistently share knowledge in :movie\_camera: **replay-review** with other scholars, and maintain a high daily SLP and arena rank.
